Unit 6: Exercise – Manage External User Lifecycle

Default behavior

• External users are blocked when access ends.
• Guest accounts are removed after 30 days.

Configure lifecycle settings

• Go to ID Governance → Entitlement management → Settings.
• Select Edit.
• Configure:
• Block sign-in: Yes / No.
• Remove guest: Yes / No.
• Removal delay (days).
• Select Save.

Important: Only users invited via entitlement management are automatically removed.
